Invitation Homes has started the adventure of renovating its entire web platform. I was able to work with them to help them dream and understand the possibilities of their future.
We reviewed customer data and business requirements material, interviewed subject matter experts, and analyzed the customer experience.
Empathize and Define
We mapped out the experience and identified gaps and possibilities.
Based on our research and discovery, we created a journey map.
Ideate and Test
We did a prioritization workshop with the stakeholders to determine what they wanted our focus to be on for the next 5 weeks. Myself and another designer split up the visualization of those priorities. We were able to do qualitative testing using UserTesting.com. These are a few of the screens I tackled.
