The team at ENO8 teamed up with me to take their client, Stencil Design and Remodel, through discovery and innovation workshops for an Interior Design app concept. We aimed to create a vision for an MVP, uncover user needs, and help the client learn more about app development and human-centered design practices.

We started with a one-day workshop to understand and empathize with the goals of the users and business and make a list of assumptions that would need to be validated. The findings in the workshop led to the creation of personas, customer journey maps, concepts, prototypes, and a go-to-market strategy.

We aligned key organizational stakeholders around a vision through research, collaborative workshops, and interviews. We created personas, an end-to-end customer journey, and several experiences designed to help author business cases for the future of technology investments.
