Over the past 12 years, I’ve led UX teams while driving innovation and uncovering opportunities through research and design.
Leadership Philosophy
Leadership by design. My methodology applies design thinking principles to leadership practices. It leverages the double diamond diagram, a problem-solving framework used in design thinking, to create a structured human-centered approach to problem-solving, decision-making, and innovation in the workplace. By adopting this approach, I can unlock the full potential of my team while fostering a culture of creativity and driving business success.
Traditional leadership approaches, such as command and control, hierarchical management, and top-down decision-making, are outdated and ineffective. Instead, leaders must embrace a more collaborative, innovative, and empathetic leadership style to create a culture of innovation and drive growth.
